The Sitting room is a sophisticated, comfortable space to unwind in with abundant restored period charm blending with modern and vintage luxury.
A convenient downstairs cloakroom and two luxurious fully fitted bathrooms upstairs provide relaxing bathing and showering facilities with individual dedicated storage for your toiletries.
The modern large, bright and well thought out kitchen is fitted with every convenience and has seating for 5 in comfort. You will find ample room dedicated kitchen storage for all of your provisions. Room dedicated chilled storage is provided by 3 fridges and a large larder freezer. Further conveniences Include a Stainless Steel Bosch dishwasher, Smeg 5 burner gas hob, Miele tumble drier, washing machine, flat screen TV, internet connection and USB charging.
There are 5 luxurious double bedrooms carefully crafted for indulgent comfort and all feature large spacious built in storage. Slate window sills and counter tops complement the many period features and each room has luxurious curtains, carpets and decor through out. Hand painted furniture creates a relaxing environment and each room is provided with multiple thoughtfully located socket outlets, hard wired internet connection and a TV point.
Outside a pretty front garden provides privacy and a welcome entrance to the home whilst a sociable courtyard garden to the rear is accessed by large double French doors from the kitchen. The courtyard comes complete with colourful pot plants, sofa, and coffee table. A large dedicated dry, secure bike store is provided and from here there are steps up to the service lane at the rear of the property accessed by a sturdy locking gate.
Our dedicated housekeeper, Bruna, ensures the communal areas are kept spotless with weekly visits.

Clipper Lettings is a compassionate, caring and professional landlord offering unrivalled levels of service and communication. We are very happy to supply references from our current or outgoing tenants many of whom have become firm friends of ours over the years.
We do not charge any tenant application or referencing fees, preferring to carry out in house referencing and relying on our instincts as to the right fit for our house shares.
Further to our ethos of mutual respect and trust we do not hold a deposit bond if a home owning guarantor is provided. If no guarantor is provided we will require a bond of £500 held securely within the TDS government deposit scheme.
We are available 24/7 for any concerns you may have and undertake to carry out repairs and maintenance in a timely and considerate fashion to ensure you have a spotless, safe and enjoyable home to relax in. In return we demand that all our tenants treat us and the house in a similar fashion. This is not a party house but we do welcome you to enjoy living and socialising here with due consideration to your housemates.

I'm afraid our house shares will not suit everyone. Due to mortgage restrictions and our Plymouth City Council HMO license conditions, we may not be able to accept all tenant applications. Regrettably we cannot accept children, pets or indoor smoking in our home share. Our rooms are for single occupancy only.
