I am a former flatmate looking for somebody to take over my room, as I've transferred universities. Offering £100 as a bonus incentive as I no longer live in |Plymouth and have no need for the room.

I really enjoyed living here, it was close to town and uni while not being to crowded. The room is actually much bigger in person, so I'd recommend booking a viewing at least!

The other amenities were awesome, such as the waterfall shower downstairs, dishwasher, tumble dryer, large screen television and super comfy double mattress.

The television is also a SMART t. v. so it's perfect for movie nights, gatherings and house socials.
Some of my former flatmates still occupy the house and I found them easy going.

General bio:
• A few minutes walk from Plymouth University (5 minutes from my room to my lecture hall)

The house is made up of 7 double bedrooms all furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and desks with chairs.

Great communal facilities with a new kitchen, separate lounge with SMART TV and two modern shower rooms.

Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing as well as the aforementioned tumble dryer (which was very useful!).

An overall great student house suited to all ages, backgrounds and courses!
