I'm looking for a clean individual who respects their environment and other peoples belongings. Personally I will not be in the property much at all, if its once a week let alone once a month I'd be surprised so you would basically be here with one other tenant, who is a 24 yr old full time working male in to surfing/cycling and gaming. Between the 2 of you, you'll effectively look after the house collaboratively.

No pets, definitely nothing furry or feathery. Although a lizard or fish may be considered.
