I am looking to rent out the main bedroom of my flat in West Hoe. Ideally located just a few minutes walk to the Hoe, and only 15-20 minutes walk to Royal William Yard. It is also only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town and 25 minutes to the University. It is close to bus routes, and only 20 minute walk to the coach and train stations.

The flat is two bedroomed with an open plan living space, and a balcony with sea views. It is furnished with a large TV, with access to all the major streaming services and a kitchen which has a dishwasher.

I am generally easy going and friendly, and currently live in the flat with my two dogs, a spaniel and labradoodle, who are both good natured. I am looking for a friendly housemate, ideally professional or student, who doesn’t mind having dogs in the flat and is happy to keep the place tidy.

The room available is a good sized furnished double with excellent storage and an en-suite bathroom. I will be transitioning into moving in with my partner, and so will only be in the flat intermittently, to very occasionally.

All bills are included, and there is one parking space available with the flat.
