We are a group of 4 girls who already signed a contract for a 5-bedroom house in the Greenbank area, 120pw for the last room available and is paid monthly. It is a 10-12 minute walk from campus and an amazing area being situated in the middle of other student houses. The deposit is £300 per person and is due on 31st August so we would love another person to join us (preferably a girl) but we are open and need to fill in this spot. Bills are included up to a capped amount (which is still very high) but are calculated at the end of the tenancy and are split between everyone so it will be low. Us 4 girls are all 19 (3 studying Marketing and one BioMed all going into second year) and would like to be around that age range as well, we are very lovely and like to go out as well as stay in. The lease starts 1st September and finishes 31st July.

The landlord is a kind woman who frequently renovates and previous tenants were masters students who took good care of the place. These are old photos but as I said, she often renovates and upgrades her properties to make the tenants feel as comfortable as possible.
