We have a large double room (see pictures bedroom one) that has just become available, light and bright, with bay window, in a double fronted Victorian four bedroom house with high ceilings, double glazing and cloud managed central heating.

The room available is on the ground floor and is fully furnished. There are two bathrooms (1 on each floor), a well appointed kitchen/diner a communal living room with a 50" HD TV (new tv from picture) and an enclosed courtyard. Only 5-10 minutes walk is Plymouth University, Plymouth College of Art, Sainsbury's, Plymouth's shops, the main Railway Station and Bus Station.

Each room has its own Yale Lock, Ethernet, double bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror, cork pin board and chest of drawers.

The kitchen/diner has a table and chairs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, large toaster, air fryer, washing machine and dishwasher, the house also has a tumble dryer and telephone.

In the lounge there are two leather sofas and a large flatscreen 50" TV, PVR and DVD player. There is also a secure courtyard with seating where bikes can also be safely stored.

The house is shared currently by 3 males, two working and one a masters student in Plymouth.

All bills are included as standard, this includes council tax. Unlimited super fast broadband is included for free and ethernet available in all rooms. Residents parking is available from Plymouth Council at £30 per year for a parking permit, which allows you to park in the road and surrounding roads.
