We have two large and very recently renovated rooms to rent in our home which have been redecorated and had new flooring fitted. The house is ideally set up to allow sharing as it has 150 sqm of space ( it used to be a seven bed HMO) and has a large amount of living space including two large living rooms, a kitchen and a seperate dining/utility room. The kitchen and bathroom have also been renovated with new everything and a large american style fridge freezer. The two bedrooms for rent are at the front of the house with our bedroom at the back which also adds privacy. There are two corner shops 1-2m away and we are around 10m walk from Mutley plain and slightly longer into town.

We have three cats and would be happy to rent to someone with a cat/cats as long as they could get along with ours (cats and humans). We have both lived in plenty of HMO's before living here and so have some experience of how this goes. Ideally we would like someone closer to our age but are not too fussed as long as we can get along.
