We (me and my daughter) have a small double room (single bed) in a friendly house in a nice part of Plymouth, close to town, 2 mins walk from Plymouth College, 15 mins walk from the university and close to the city parks. The house is part of an old Victorian Terrace but is pretty modern
inside. All mod cons are available including wireless broadband. There is on street parking. We are pretty tidy and clean but we also have two cockerpoos who are part
of the family so you must love dogs. However anyone who lived
here would get their space and peace too. We have had several tenants so far who have been more than happy living with us. We enjoy company but respect privacy too
and are looking for someone who is
working or is possibly a postgraduate student that needs a nice room in a welcoming place to live. For more information please get in touch, no
pressure...
