I am looking to rent out the third bedroom In my bungalow which is approx 10 mins walk from Polegate train station. The only resident is myself a 40 year old young at heart professional female. Room opens with double doors to large garden and is furnished with chest of draws, futon, bookcase, tv unit but they can be moved if needed. There is a double drive.
Looking for one person, to share with no children, pets or smokers. Short term let available.
