We are a working couple looking for a tidy and respectful tenant to rent our king-sized spare bedroom with the shared use of a family bathroom with another tenant.

The room has a king-sized bed, under-bed storage, two bedside tables with drawers and a wardrobe. Rental includes all bills including wifi, the shared use of the kitchen/dining area, garden and large bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, there is also a toilet downstairs which is free for everyone to use.

Also included in the rental is tea, coffee, and sugar, all bills including wifi, and a large kitchen cupboard. However, tenants are welcome to use our kitchen appliances, crockery, pans, etc. provided they are kept in good condition. We also have a cleaner a few times a month who cleans the whole house.

They must be open to living with dogs as we have a friendly but excitable three-year-old spaniel who will want to cuddle you given half a chance.

While we are open to having a student live with us, we are a professional working couple so no parties and late-night noise.
