I'm a 29 year old tradesman with a room to rent in my house just off of the Ashley road in Poole. The property offers a shared bathroom, kitchen diner, lounge, 3rd 'reading room', a large garden with decking and off road parking.
A bus stop at the end of the road has great transport links into Poole and Bournemouth, and it's just a short 10 minute walk into the heart of Ashley Cross for the restaurants and bars.
I'm a laid back socialable person, ideally looking for someone similar to live with. Dogs are absolutely more than welcome (I'd love my own but just don't really have the time)
Smoking is fine if outside.
