Looking for females only in a very quiet home.

I have a double room available in a quiet residential street . This is at the front of the bungalow, has a bay window with double bed, chest of draws, bedside cabinet, three door wardrobe and TV.

The room is £600 per month and is inclusive of all bills including internet and Sky TV. This room is available end of April.

My home was refurbished within the past couple of years including a new kitchen and lounge and is well looked after. I have a main bathroom and an additional separate toilet. It has a medium sized kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. I have wood flooring in the hall and lounge and the rest has grey carpets .

I have a large garden with a patio, grassed area and a upper level with table and chairs (Perfect for summer sun whether its sunbathing or having friends over for a BBQ). I also have a lazy spa.

I have a driveway which can easily accommodate three cars and I am located close to bus stops and 2 miles from Poole town centre.

I am a 'live in landlord' but would want you to feel at home here. I am a 41 year old female who works in a adolescent psychiatric hospital. I’m friendly, clean and tidy. Looking for someone who is quiet and respectful.

I do have 2 year old boxer dog who is house trained but extremely bouncy at times, so someone who is confident with and loves dogs is essential. He is very excitable when meeting new people but does have moments of calm!
