Ideally would be after a professional for a long term rent but a student would be welcome. I don't require a deposit but rent is in advance so 1 month would be required to start with.

All bills are included. Nice warm room with wardrobe and bedside draws. Room is on a quiet dead end road so no traffic noise to deal with. There is a shared bath/shower room, ultrafast 1Gb broadband and use of the kitchen and dining room. I currently have x2 cats so please bear that in mind if you are allergic. There is plenty of parking on the road.

I am a professional at work most of the day and home in the evenings. I am easy to get along with, as long as you are clean and have a sense of humour we should get along

It is located in Alder Hills between Parkstone and Wallisdown, there is a shop about 100 meters from the house and a few take aways. The buses to Bournemouth and Poole run all day and I think are about every 5 min. There is also a bus link to the university.
