No smoking/vaping permitted in house but you can smoke in garden.

Porthcawl is a lovely seaside town and is only a five minute drive from our house. The M4 is also only a five minute drive away (30-40 minutes by car from Swansea or Cardiff) Bridgend railway station is a twenty minute drive. A blue flag beach (Rest Bay) is a twenty minute stroll from the house and we are a short walk from local pubs, village shops. There is a bus stop on the main road near our house.

We have two small, friendly dogs, so you will need to like dogs (they are hypo-allergenic, so suitable for allergy sufferers) .
