Hello everyone,

I have a spare double room to let in my beautifully decorated 2-bed mainsonette in Southsea. The flat compromises of its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom (which you will be sharing with me), two good sized double bedrooms, and a living room (which I am renovating at the moment). There is also plenty of off street "residents only" parking, where you can park your car for a small yearly fee.

The rent is just £380 per month. All the bills are included. You will also be asked to pay £400 as a deposit, which you will get back at the end of your tenancy. Monday-Friday only. Sharing only with one more person. Minimum stay 1 month.

You are welcome to have friends and family over, as far as they don't make it a habit and live in. You are also welcome to have gatherings as far as you respect my home and I, and keep the noise (and the mess) to resonable levels.

Myself, I am a young healthcare professional. I am clean, tidy, friendly and very approachable. I am looking for an easy going flatmate to share my home and maybe a glass of wine. Someone I can get along with, and not just a lodger.
