It's a quiet neighbourhood in a great location, being less than a 5 minute walk to Holly Bank Woods, with footpaths leading up to Stanstead House and great cycle routes up to Kingley Vale. Westbourne Village is a 10 minute walk. Emsworth Station
Is a 20 minute walk and the town a few minutes further on. So our home would really suit someone who enjoys the countryside, coast and the quiet life.
