Double room to rent in a town centre two bed flat. As there is one bathroom this property is not suitable for couples or children, pets are also a no for me. No deposit required, rent is paid in advance of the month.

Room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, triple wardrobe, TV with Chromecast set up on the guest WiFi network.

Kitchen and bathroom use shared, living room on request. All bills included.

I can't guarantee any car parking but we do have a concrete bicycle lock up. I keep the price relatively low for this reason and accept no responsibility for parking tickets.

I'm seeking someone who works/studies full time or near to (not from home), male or female. Non smokers preferred but there is a designated area.
