I am looking to rent out my property part-time to best suit mine and a tenants arrangements.

I have a garden studio accessed by the side gate and operate a business from this, I operate in the evenings and Saturdays so looking for someone who is happy to have the flat and I will access my studio by the side gate.

A better arrangement will be someone looking to have the property part time throughout the week, during this agreed time you will have exclusive access to the entire property and I will use the other time (this can be changed slightly with prior notice).
For the monthly cost of £950 per month, this includes all bills, wi-if. You have exclusive use the property including of bathroom and kitchen which is fully equipped with all white goods and utensils. This rate is based on full time, part time agreed days will be reduced.

The property has off-road allocated parking directly outside the front door. You walk into a private lockable porch, before walking through a secondary door into the open plan flat.

It has a standard ‘Murphy’ style bed, this can either be put away or kept down during your stay as doesn’t affect the space either way. The bed is part of a unit, which also has 3 built in cupboards so plenty of storage space.

The bedroom, living and kitchen area is bright and airy. There are patio doors leading onto the large private garden which is only accessed by the flat.

The bathroom has two large cupboards, one is used as a wardrobe and the other is a broom cupboard.

The bathroom and kitchen are both modern and in good condition. The bath has mains water for the taps and an electric over head shower which has perfect pressure.

I am willing to consider animals and pets, there will be an increase in the deposits and rent with clauses on cleaning.
