Hi,

I'm 34yo and work for a company in the healthcare industry. I'm not always at home as I travel a lot for work. I'm initially looking for one lodger with a view to getting one more if I continue to stop away regularly.

I currently live alone and as I'm not always here I thought I'd make most of the space in the house.

The house is already furnished and ready to be lived in. One of the double rooms upstairs is currently available. The other 2 are used by myself (office + bedroom). There are 3 shared rooms downstairs (living room, dining room, kitchen) and there is a garden at the back. There is one shared upstairs bathroom (includes bath and shower).

I've put no pets but would consider a cat (I used to own one and there's a cat flap installed to the garden). This would suit a professional/mature student who wants more space and fewer housemates. I'm not too far from the seafront (coffee cup is a 10mins walk) and there is a tesco express down the road. All bills included.
