For Rent in Clanfield is a double room situated on the ground floor of a four bedroom detached chalet bungalow. All bills are included, SKY TV is already installed in the room and we have broadband which can of course be used.

As we generally use the upstairs bathroom, the downstairs one is pretty much your own along with a kitchen that sits separate to ours ( strangely yes our house has two kitchens!)

We also have plenty of parking spaces and quick access to the A3 for those who are not from the local area and a garage with storage space if required.

You will be sharing with a couple in their early thirties and two very young boys. As our bedrooms are upstairs, its quite a distance so any midnight wake ups will not bother you. What may bother you are two dogs...though the guy living here for the last 18 months was never a dog person he got on just fine with two very friendly but rather energetic dogs. ( One German Shepherd and One Siberian Husky).

We have always shared, either renting from someone else or our own place so are well experienced in sharing. We are easy going, respectful and I am sure our current tenant will testify, decent people to live with.

We are looking to share with one working professional. Male or female.
