• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 30x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting
If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.
GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):
• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement
If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
