I am looking for someone to rent my spare room. I have a semi detached house in the quiet and pretty village of Havenstreet. In the middle of both Ryde & Newport the village is ideally placed. Great for local walks too with Firestone Copse and woodland all around. A car would be a must, as there is no bus transport through the village.

I live on my own with my fur-babies, Darwin (11 year old cat) & Darcy (8 year old lab x viszla). I work from home running my successful bakery business - so always plenty of left over treats available!

I am looking for a non-smoker, who works full time & likes animals. This is a chilled house so would like someone that is relaxed. No pets or partners, just single applicants. Full time workers only.

There is off street parking and a large garden, which can be used. The room is a large double and is fully furnished & freshly decorated with all new bedding etc. The room also comes with its own full sized bathroom with shower over the bath.

This is for a room only let so no access to the front room. Obviously the kitchen is available for meal preparation etc.

The room will be available from 31st January 2025.
