We have a large double room, with built in wardrobes and is En-suite.

The room comes with parking and its own refrigerator and is mostly furnished, TV if required or own if brought.
Settled family home with children, happy home for the correct lodger

We must stress that this is a calm, family home including our children and our pets. We try to have fun when we can, we also like quiet time. We love to cook and have wine and a sing while cooking, that's usually the wind down part of the day beats a hard day at work.

We seek a female lodger to balance the family a bit, but we do not need party type dramas, nor anyone bringing men into the home. We have had a few un-savoury experiences in the past and as I mentioned we hope that this is a home and needs to be safe children considered. It certainly is not a hotel.

We would accept with good discussion and assurances a couple within the main house with this room. The room is certainly big enough to host a couple, but again our rules need to be understood should we consider this and equally the rent would be £900 pm to cover extra usages.....we always get £800 in single occupancy.

All bills are included except for landline telephone.

The garden is lovely and big, though very wet at the moment , it also comes with decking great for summer night wines, a read of a book and alfresco dining occasionally, In better weather an outside wall TV is great for football or a nice moonlight film.
