Hi there my name is Joe aged 38 and I am a live-in landlord in a spacious 3 bed flat in Southsea. The apartment is 1 mile away from the beach, 1 mile away from gunwharf, and about 200 meters away from Elm Grove and Albert Road.

I currently live with a 30 year old female who works full time locally, whereas I often work away from home and come back at the weekends. We both like to socialise in the living room occasionally when we're both around.

I'm looking for a female who works full time who gets on with the other female lodger, as I potentially won't be around alot of the time, she is super friendly, kind, considerate, clean and very approachable.
