I have one room available, a double sized room. The room has two fitted cupboards to maximise storage, of which one is a workstation. Fibre optic broadband is available.
I am looking for a clean, tidy professional and gay friendly to live with myself,(live in landlord). My house is a friendly house and in a quiet location situated close to Heaton Park, it has a nice secluded garden. If you are without a car ,the transport links are very good in and out of Manchester. I don’t mind music or visitors and would prefer someone who is laid back, will keep the room tidy and female. I don't mind dogs, but no cats. This is a no smoking house.
