The house is very spacious so plenty of room to work from home if need be. There is also a sun-trap courtyard with seating & BBQ which is lovely for alfresco drinks and dining!

5 min walk to the tram stop which takes under 15 mins to get into the centre of Manchester. Good bus and motorway links too! The house is very close to Heaton Park (nice walks, park run and events) and Prestwich village where there’s plenty of cool independent bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

I work away in London a lot so you will get the place to yourself pretty often!
