Looking for a quiet, friendly flatmate to take my place in a cosy, single room in Princes Risborough, whilst I am away on a 3-6 month placement.

Excellent location - walking distance from all the shops, the fitness centre, and a 10-15 minute walk from the Train station. Bus stop is right outside the flat, and there is parking available if you drive.

The room itself is very cosy, and will come with a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a smart corner desk. Access to a shared bathroom ( bath and shower), in addition to cooking facilities in a shared kitchen.

Ideally looking for someone clean and tidy, and who likes animals - we have two small dogs who are very friendly and live in the flat.

Available to rent from the 1st of February 2019.
