I’m looking for a housemate to move in to my spare attic bedroom, I own a business and I work Monday to Friday during the days, the attic bedroom has its own door to a staircase leading to top floor, double bedroom with double bed, basic furniture, exposed brick chimney place, exposed timber beams and velux windows, black out blinds, very quiet area but close to pudsey town and local amenities. Asda owlcoates, M and S at pudsey, train station is a 5 minute walk from the house. Small garden with turf and gate around the house, parking.

It is a shared bathroom with me but I have a cleaner once a week who cleans the full house so this is covered within the rent costs.

Kitchen and living room are fully equipped and ready to use. Have Vodafone broadband which is also included.
