The property is a 10-15 min walk from either the District line at Southfields or Overground at Wandsworth Town. Southside shopping centre and King George's Park are a 5 min away. I am a 37 year old professional who works on site during the week making this place ideal for someone that works from home, I would like someone that enjoys a drink, social time and Netflix binges but also appreciate that some alone time is a necessity. I am a smoker but not in the house.
