Great house with friendly and easy-going company - looking to sublet my room whilst I am travelling Central America. Flexible with dates but would prefer stays of over 3 months.

My room features: a double bed, a small wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a bedside table, fireplace and a spacious desk. Furthermore, the landing outside has an additional large storage space for extra belongings. The toilet has an on-suite feel to it and its very clean and well-made.

The house is spread over 3 floors, each room has high ceilings and never feels crammed in, lots of windows to let in natural light.

Kitchen and living area are space and have a great set of amenities, all the needed equipment included. Garden and garage area are great for BBQs during the summer and also came with a ping pong table! Two toilets are spread across the first and second floor and both include showers and windows.

Amanda - the landlord is lovely and always there to help, she takes a lot of pride in the house and it's design so we make sure to keep it tidy.

The house is in council tax band D.
