Lovely Putney Flat Share – Looking for a New Flatmate! ✨

I’m sadly leaving this wonderful flat share 🥹 to move in with my partner ❤️, so we’re looking for someone great to take my place!

The Room:
A cozy wee bedroom, ideal for those who don't work from home. Comes furnished with the bed and also has a massive wardrobe. There’s also an additional loft space if you need extra storage.

The Flat:
You’ll be sharing with three amazing women who have made this flat feel like home:
✨ Kerri – A service user researcher who loves pádel boarding and enjoys a well-earned drink by the river walk.
✨ Lola – A chef (so expect great cooking tips!) with an amazing sense of style.
✨ Ivana - accountant from New Zealand, who is easygoing, does pilates and going to dinner.

We’ve become really good friends, and while we all have our own lives, we love catching up—whether that’s over dinner, a chilled night in, or a pizza at The Dynamo (our favourite local restaurant just 2 min away from home). There’s no pressure to always hang out, but if you’re looking for a warm, friendly home, you’ll fit right in!

The Setup:
• Bathroom shared with just one other flatmate (there are two bathrooms in total).
• Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area – no TV channels, but we have Disney + and Netflix and love a good movie night.
• The kitchen comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, and essentials. There’s limited counter space, so big kitchen appliances aren’t ideal.
• We all keep shared spaces clean and tidy out of respect for each other ☺️.

Location & Connections:
• Putney is super well-connected! Putney Overground, East Putney, and Putney Bridge stations are all 7-10 mins walk away (or a 5-min run if you’re late!).
• Plenty of grocery stores: Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Waitrose, Source Bulk (plastic-free packaging!), and Tesco.
• Amazing restaurants, bars, gyms, studios, coffee shops, and Wandsworth Park nearby. The river is just 5 minutes away, perfect for rowing, walking, or just enjoying the view.
