I am looking to rent out a double room from my 7 bed Vila house. The property is located in Barnton area. There is a ensuite bathroom with a shower installed. The room also has a tv in it. The price is all inclusive which includes WiFi, gas electricity, council tax. There is a scotmid, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, bank of Scotland, post office, pharmacy which is about 2/3 minutes walk from the property. Bus stop is close to the property too which takes you to the city centre, airport and Gyle centre easily.

Good walking routes around Cammo estate. Quiet residential area. Microwave, kettle and toaster provided.
