Hello!

I am about to enter my 4th and final year at uni studying Business Management; If I can describe myself in 3 words, they would be social, active and energetic. You must also be ok with dogs as I often take care of 2 dogs one which is an anxious rescue however is super friendly once he gets to know you, and the other is just a tiny ball of fluff.

I am very house proud, and I have a good friendly relationship with all my neighbours. I am tidy and considerate as a result I am looking for a flatmate who is also, clean, fun, relatively sociable and considerate to others to come and share my flat with me. The flat is not suited for big parties, however, is great for entertaining a few friends.

My flat is a new build (2017) and is situated on the 3rd floor in the heart of Edinburgh, next to the water of Leith walkway; It is a two bed-room flat, which comprises of; open plan lounge /kitchen /diner, a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, the main bathroom has a shower over the bath. As you enter the apartment there is a large hall with additional storage. Large windows allow natural light to make this beautiful apartment feel big and bright. The property benefits from GCH (gas central heating), double glazing and lift access. Parking is by local resident’s permit.

there is a Tesco and a Lidl within a 5 min walking distance of the flat. You can walk most places within 20-30mins max, and you can also catch a range of busses from the, 8, 27, 23, and the 36 which will all take you into town and there is also the 100 bus which will take you directly to the airport. Just behind my flat, there is also St. Marks park which leads on to a lovely walk along either the cycle path to various destinations or along the water of Leith to ocean terminal.
