Double furnished room to rent in Ferry gait area. £400 a month all bills included, £400 deposit. Preferably looking for a long term renter.

Room comes with double wardrobe, double bed with storage, a beside cabinet, long mirror and a black out blind. Room is cream just now so happy for someone to decorate as they please. There is room for a desk or another chest of drawers.

Shared main bathroom with a shower and bath. Living room shared as well. Tv already has Disney plus, now tv entertainment, Netflix and Spotify on it. Kitchen/dining also shared. Usual amenities toaster, cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, air fryer, blender, slow cooker. Note there is no dishwasher though.

I live in the property. I’m 30 year old woman who works as a business analyst, I am currently working from home but anticipate to go back into the office this year working between both home and the office. I tend to keep myself to myself at home but more than happy to socialise with a flatmate too. I enjoy cooking, binging tv series and films and wine. I’m tidy and clean. I like to socialise and go out at the weekend.

I have no issues with friends or partners visiting/staying at the flat. I will let you know if I have friends etc around as well.

Current flatmate is moving out end of January. I am looking for someone to move in early feb.
