Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the spare bedroom in my flat from the 1st of Feb. (Sublet)

Me and my partner live here We both work full time and just want to relax and have alone time when home, so no loud music or parties ect.

We are looking for someone aged 20-25 who is working full time and clean. We have had bad experiences in the past with people using all our kitchen stuff so we now ask to bring all your own things to cook and eat with. Must be okay with birds as we have a parrot and two pigeons!

The flat is located in a nice area near Davidson mains which has a big tesco and various other shops. It is only 15/20mins to city centre by the 43 or 41 bus.
