A whole loft conversion consisting of two rooms available for short term let in a quiet, convenient area of Edinburgh.

We are a professional couple (ages 28 and 36) looking to let out the loft conversion of our upper level flat in Carrick Knowe.

You would have exclusive use of the entire second level. It consists of:

-Double bedroom with desk and ensuite water closet (toilet and sink).
-Additional dressing/sitting room with large chest of drawers, wardrobe and sofa.

You would share the bathroom on the main floor with us. You will also have use of our newly renovated kitchen and dining area, featuring a large American style fridge freezer. You would get a shelf in the fridge and freezer and an entire kitchen cabinet to store your food and whatever else you need.

The property is very conveniently located for access to both the city centre and for commuting out of Edinburgh, with stops for the tram and buses going into the city less than a 10 minute walk away and easy access to Calder Road and the M8 going out of the city. There is no private parking but if you drive spaces can be found on the street nearby.

Individual professionals and mature or graduate students, and long term let's preferred. Rent would be £700 per month, all bills included.
