Starting the hunt for another longterm flatmate, 6+ months. Flat is ground floor flat located between Lothian Road and Fountainpark. You'd be living with me and my cat Mabel.
Rent is 635. Wifi is 13, heat/electricity is 48 per person. Monthly total is just under 695.
I am a 25 yo PhD student, so ideally looking for someone who is also a student for council tax purposes. I dance and work part time as well. I do mix of work from home and campus. Please note that Mabel is an only cat, and unfortunately cannot bring in other pets. She's a bit of a grumpy old lady.
Looking to have paperwork sorted before the holidays, but move in would be in January.
Potentially parking. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with it but there are parking spaces around.
