I am looking for a flatmate preferably female to cosy modern double bedroom in 2 bedroom flat. Someone who is friendly, social and likes to spend time at home in the evenings. The person needs to like dogs as I have a female dog named Lexi, 4 yrs old. I'm looking for someone who could be at home during the evenings.

The flat is located in Corstorphine EH12 9AN. Rent £530 per month with council tax included, bills excluded gas & electricity, and internet. DEPOSIT £400, renting possibly for 3 months period subject to review. Couples are welcome. Available from 1st December.
