I own a 3 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and I am looking for someone to fill one of the rooms. The room is spacious with a double bed and a desk along with other furnishings. It is available for rent from now until End July 2025 for £650 pcm (pro rata accordingly) with some bills included (all except Electricity & Gas).

The room is fully furnished (I can provide pillows, duvet and bed linens & sheets if required). There is a shared living room (with Xbox One & TV), shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

There are two other girls (young professionals) who are staying in the flat.

My flat is in Corstorphine, Edinburgh West, and is very convenient to get to both the City Centre as well as the airport (frequent buses routes like the X18, X19, X38, X39, 12, 26, 31, 100, 900)
