I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely 2-bed flat right in the middle of Spitalfields/ Shoreditch from July 3rd :

🛌 The room: Spacious double room. There is a small desk in the bedroom too, but there is also a larger, permanent desk set up in the living room that can also be used.

🏠 The flat: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. The living room/ kitchen is a nice, bright, comfy open plan space with a permanent desk set up in there too. There is also a big, communal roof terrace which is great for summer.

📍 The location: On Commercial Street, about 1 minute walk from Spitalfields Market. Closest tube stops are Shoreditch High Street (2 min walk), Liverpool Street, (7 min walk), Aldgate East (7 min walk), Old Street (10 min walk). It's about a 15-20 minute walk into the City (Bank area).

🤝 Rent: £1,300 (not including bills which are ~150 per month). Move in date would be around Juky 3rd.
