The room has been recently refurbished and is furnished with double bed and orthopedic foam mattress, bedside cabinet, 3 door cupboard, chest of drawers, mini fridge freezer and 48" smart TV. There is extra storage as the room also has a built in cupboard which is where the mini fridge freezer is housed and where there is space here above the fridge for plenty of shelving if desired.
The kitchen has a new dish washer, washing machine, new tumble dryer, new double oven cooker, new fridge freezer, new microwave, bread maker, blender, new toaster and a new reverse osmossis remineralising water filter which im waiting to install but it will be installed soon so there will be no need to buy heavy bottles of mineral water or to ever drink unhealthy tap water.
The house has GCH, and an instant hot water boiler. We also have a cleaner that comes in each week to clean shared areas but of course everyone has to clean up after themselves.
The property is convenient for travel anywhere and into London as the bus stops are very close 1 and 2 minute walk away and where its a 5 to 10 mins bus to Mottingham rail station and 10 mins to Grove park rail station.
