A single room for short term let in house a few minutes from the Caversham bridge, shops, restaurants and parks and the river, 15-20 min walk to Reading station (or few minutes by bus).
The room is simply furnished (bed, desk, cupboard and shelf space). The house is spacious and has all the standard facilities,
shared kitchen and large bathroom. We only cook and eat vegan / vegetarian. It would suit a female person who is independent and easy going, respectful and considerate, clean, animal friendly and environmentally conscious, maybe an intern, a professional or a student, who wants a homely, quiet (no parties), friendly and clean environment (cleaner once a month at £25 each).
