(You can use anything in the flat but my personal wardrobe/beauty supplies!)

Dog friendly, but only 1 (NO cats, sorry! Landlord's rule + I'm severely allergic)
Personal parking spot assigned & right outside the building (private lot)
Bus stop at the intersection next to the building
Very near Reading West and Reading train stations
ASDA Grocery store across the street
Prospect Park just steps away

(Apologies, this unit is not appropriate for anyone assisted by a wheelchair or any walking device, as there is no lift.)
