I have a room to rent in my home. It's in Tregullow so close to the A30 and easy access to just about everywhere. The Bissoe bike trail is right outside the door and lots of amazing walks from the doorstep. I have 3 girls 5, 9 and 12 and a little Lhasa apso cross dog called Wilfred. He's a very friendly dog and never sets foot up stairs. The room is a double room which is warm and comfortable. It is furnished, with kettle, toaster and fridge. Use of the large kitchen. It is a busy house obviously with 3 children but we're out and about a fair amount of the time and all pretty easy going. Our ideal tenant would be someone fairly relaxed, doesn't mind a little crazy noise from the children and it'd be an added bonus if babysitting was possible (paid of course) :-)
