We have one room which we are about to make available in our large 6 bedroom family home in Lanner, Redruth.

We are a professional married family working normal office hours as both teachers.

The A30 and train station are 5 minute drive away and we are also just a 5 minute walk from the Bus route to either Redruth, Falmouth or Truro.

The communal areas which would be shared by the tenants and the existing family include:

Large kitchen with breakfast bar, separate utility (inc dishwasher, washing machine, airier and drier) and separate toilet.

Large dinning room which can seat 16 people.

Snug with a wood burning stove and TV which seats four people comfortably.

Very large living room also with a large wood burning stove and TV which seats 9 with current seating arrangement.

There is a bathroom upstairs which would be used by the tenants. The family has use of separate bathroom facilities. The tenanted bedrooms are located in the upstairs west wing and the family is located in the south wing.

Large Garden with large decked area, chickens in run, large pond with bridge and 12ft trampoline.

Shed with space for bikes and surf boards.

This house is located at the top of Lanner with beautiful open views across onto the adjacent hillside. 

Parking is on the road.

We have a TV licence and access to Netflix.

The wifi is accessible across the whole house.

Tenants would be permitted to make calls from the house landline to UK mobile phones and domestic land lines. Other calls are itemised and charged.

We are looking for a none smoking quiet professional or student willing to stay with a 6 month or 9 month contract (to suit students) which could be extended by mutual agreement on a month by month basis.

Tenants would be expected to help with cleaning shared areas.

We would also be happy to accommodate trainee teachers or doctors etc who are on short placement terms.
