Affordable accommodation offered in RICHMOND – TW10 area, excellent opportunity for a Female ONLY homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Richmond station is a National Rail and London Underground station managed by South West Trains. It is on the South West Trains Waterloo to Reading line, the London Underground District line and also the London Overground North London Line.
Richmond is in Zone 4 its a 14 minute walk from the house – Approx. 27 minutes to London Waterloo
District Line – 36 minutes to Westminster
London Overground – 38 minutes to London, Liverpool Street

HOUSEHOLDER
She is a lovely lady in her 80’s and lives in a lovely spacious four bedroom end of terraced house in Richmond TW10 area. She has been a widow since January 2017, and has not been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other dementia but does have similar symptoms such as memory loss.
She is an independent householder and welcomes a friendly Homesharer who can offer some companionship and the added assurance of having someone at home at night.

She is a lifelong Christian (Church of England) and attends St Matthias church, where she has been involved since 1986. She goes to an evening Bible study group fortnightly with old friends.
She is interested in art, she goes to two art classes each week in term time and visits galleries and museums with friends, and she enjoys cinema, visiting stately homes and gardens.

Her appearance is good.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious four bedroom end of terrace house within 14 minute walk from Richmond station, there are a number of bus routes near the home and a number of supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants all walking distance.

There is a comfortable sitting room and a nice dining area, fully equipped kitchen and there is a dryer on the Homesharers floor.

The householder has her own living space on one floor with her bathroom and bedroom.

The homesharer will have their large twin bedroom, own bathroom on top floor (2nd floor), fitted cupboard, large chest of drawers, small chest of drawers, mirror and 2 bedside tables.

Wifi broadband in the house.

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
