We have one very nice & spacious double bedroom available in Garthdee a few minutes walk to RGU.

The room is fully and very nicely furnished with a double bed, a wardobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a desk.

The current flatmates are three friendly & considerate RGU students who are between 19 & 29 years old. They study Digital Marketing & Cyber Security. They enjoy doing some sport (kickboxing, football, cricket & badminton), going for a run, cooking, listening to music, playing chess, reading, watching some Netflix & socialising with friends.

The house is located on Craigievar Place, only a few minutes walk to RGU & many local amenities including the 24-hour ASDA supermarket, Boots, Sainsbury, Aberdeen Snowsports Centre, etc. It is a great location with direct buses to city centre & Union Square. There are also two free private parking spaces available if needed.

The house has a modern open plan kitchen with a dining & living space with new appliances (washer/dryer, oven, electric hob, 2 fridges, microwave, kettle, iron, hoover) and a TV. The kitchen is fully kitted with pots & pans, dinnerware and all the necessary kitchen ustensils. It also has a shared bathroom and a garden.

Unlimited Faster Fibre, communal TV licence, gardening & cleaning services for the commual areas are already included in the rent. Only the electricity bill is to be shared with the other flatmates and comes around £25 a month each.
