This warm and bright property is a 10 minute walk to Union st in one direction, 5 minutes to Aberdeen University, and the beach is just down the road in the other. Also a grocery store is seconds away on the same street.

The home is cosy, clean and bright. It has a brand new bathroom. And the rest of the apartment is freshly painted and carpeted. The kitchen also has everything you need in order to cook up a storm (or microwave a meal at 3am)

The room is the larger one of the two in the apartment. It includes a large bed and huge mirrored wardrobes. The bed is currently without a frame but that is a work in progress.

You’ll be living with two very laid back individuals from Australia and England. We love a chat and possibly a communal meal every now and then, but also respect your privacy.

The rent will include all bills and wifi. All you need to do is show up ;)

The room is available from late August.
