Hi, I’m Kate and I’m going to be doing a masters at RGU in September. I’m looking for a clean and considerate but easy going flat mate for the en-suite room in my two bedroomed flat.
The flat is located on Sir William Wallace Wynd and is by King Street so is well connected by buses. On the other side of the flat is Seaton Park which is perfect if you like a little bit of nature. The flat is also a couple minutes walk away from Lidl and ten minutes from the University of Aberdeen and ASV.
The flat is spacious, furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. As for the bedroom, it’s en-suite and has a desk and bookshelf. The hallways and outdoor areas are well maintained by cleaners and gardeners.
Rent is £400 a month with bills included.
