We have 1 lovely double bedroom available in Garthdee in a lovely & modern flat from the 11th of June.

The room is spacious (the most spacious one in the flat!), fully and very nicely furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a desk.

Current flatmates are 1 MSc student in Physiotherapy & 2 Master Art students from RGU. They are between 27 & 30 years old, all very friendly and considerate.

The house is located on Craigievar Place, only a few minutes walk to RGU & many local amenities including the 24-hour ASDA supermarket, Boots, Sainsbury, Aberdeen Snowsports Centre, etc. It is a great location with direct buses to city centre & Union Square. There are also two private parking spaces available if needed.

The house has a modern open plan kitchen with a dining & living space with new appliances (washer/dryer, oven, electric hob, 2 fridges, microwave, kettle, iron, hoover) and a TV. The kitchen is fully kitted with pots & pans, dinnerware and all the necessary kitchen ustensils. It also has a shared bathroom and a garden.

Super fast unlimited Fibre is included in the price. Electricity bills are shared with flatmates and come around £25 a month each.

We are looking for someone to join this lovely flatsharing.
